Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Ice Cream Artist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious ice cream design ensuring high-quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Prepare and mix ingredients to create a variety of ice cream flavors. Operate ice cream machines and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling when appropriate. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients. Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices to maintain safety standards. Ability to upsell products and provide excellent customer service. Experience in kitchen operations is a plus, particularly in the food industry.
