Process Assistant: The Process Assistant is assigned to the Area Manager helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, supporting the Area Manager and Associates, executing standard work duties, identifying and address safety hazards within the work area, coaching associates to work safely at all times, participating in safety initiatives, referring all job injuries immediately to area manager, executing on production duties and understanding workflow and daily production goals, providing policy follow up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline), tracking and reporting labor hours, ensuring successful shift performance, participating in Operational Excellence initiatives, reviewing and updating SOP and standard work checklist as required, keeping work areas clean and organized and providing vacation coverage for Area Managers.
