IAM Portfolio and Communications Management
12 Months contract Position
Location: Montreal(Office attendance from Day 1- 3x per week)Years of experience :5 +Job Responsibilities:The Access Management Portfolio and IAM Communications Manager position is responsible for supporting the Vice President responsible for:
- Access management fleet enablement,
- Access management governance and business coverage,
- IAM change management communications and training,
- IAM knowledge management and intranet administration, and
- IAM communications & employee engagement.This area of responsibility rolls up to both the Head of IAM Governance & Risk and the IAM Chief of Staff and consists of the following:Access Management Fleet Enablement:

  • Support with agenda building and materials development related to the bi-weekly Access Management Fleet meetings, monthly product development demonstrations and quarterly Integrated Business Reviews.
  • Develop expertise in the use of the program management tool, Rally, and provide support and training to product owners and squad leads on best practice.
  • Support access management product owners and squad leads to maintain the hygiene of the information in the Rally tool so it can be used effectively for reporting purposes.
  • Track work progress in Rally and provide reporting to the fleet, IAM management, and to business stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Organize a pipeline of fleet-wide demonstrations that highlight the fleet\'s achievements with stakeholders, including new access management product features and significant completed work.
  • Help to identify opportunities for information sharing within the fleet, the wider IAM department, and with business stakeholders.
  • Lead efforts to optimize operational processes and workflows, driving the efficiency of the fleet.
Access Management Governance and Business Coverage:
  • Provide governance and oversight to IAM\'s Access Management program.
  • Support in agenda building, materials development and publishing minutes related to the monthly Committees and Sub-Committees related to the Access Management Program.
  • Support in responding to ad hoc access management-related requests from business stakeholders by liaising with access management product owners and fleet leads.
  • Support in the management of business sponsored programs by enabling collaboration between business risk officers and the access management fleet leads and product owners.
  • Maintain, develop, and improve access management program reporting and metrics dashboards, allowing for transparency and proactive management of all access management-related efforts.
IAM Change Management Communications & Training:
  • Support in developing and executing on communications plans in support of IAM change and risk control initiatives, including developing emails, training materials (documents & videos) and Jive (intranet) sites.
  • Support in developing, publishing, and maintaining an easily accessible inventory of IAM emails and training materials (documents & videos).
IAM Internal Communications
  • Support in writing and sending a monthly IAM departmental newsletter, IAM Connect, and publishing in Jive.
  • Support in writing and sending ad hoc communications on behalf of IAM leadership.
  • Support in providing information on IAM departmental events to the wider Cyber and CDRR communities.
  • Act as co-administrator of the IAM Jive site, ensuring that all documentation is relevant and up to date. Assist in developing an annual attestation process for Jive site owners.
  • Assist in building new Jive sites where required for IAM colleagues.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in the liberal arts, business, management, or technology.
  • Professional with 5+ years\' proven experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop networks, build consensus, prioritize effectively, and develop alliances across organizations.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, attention to detail and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong project management, organization, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong writing skills and meticulous attention to detail is required.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and approach projects with a can-do attitude and a creative and adaptable mindset.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS, Microsoft Outlook is required.
  • Strong and proven experience with Rally, Jira and Jive is ideal, but not required.
