Role: IAM Architect

Location: New Brunswick(Remote)

Job description:

Mandatory Skills: * A University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related discipline or certification in Information Technology from a recognized community college. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • 5 Years operational experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, associated with operational policy and process design activities.
  • 5 Years experience in producing visual business process models and architecture diagrams that clearly show the connections and inter-dependencies between various business capabilities while depicting relationships between the business outcomes and various system components.
  • 5 Years experience in identity life cycle management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
Desired Skills: * The Proponent should provide evidence of providing a similar role on one (1) large public-sector project that implemented significant IT operational transformation to support the delivery and operations of a new IT solution.

For the project, the response should include as a minimum:
  • name of client organization,
  • name, title, and telephone number of client contact;
  • description of the project, including beginning and end dates of the project,
  • description of the Proponents role on the project. Description should include details such as but not limited to:
  • Type of IT operating model implemented (Operational Support, DevOps, etc.)
  • Support levels / Tiers included in the model (ex. Tier 0 to Tier 4)
  • number of entities / IT units (ex. Network, Integration, Development, Service Desk, etc.) engaged. Provide insight into how they were engaged and what contributions each provided to the deliverables,
  • deliverables produced in terms of, operational procedures, standards, policy and/or organizational structure required to achieve the identified business outcomes.
  • indicate greatest challenge for the Proponent regarding performance on the project, and resolution for challenges.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, documenting, and improving Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) business processes related to the implementation of complex enterprise systems. The response should include as a minimum:5years
  • Types of policy and/or procedure deliverables produced, and in what format (Microsoft Word, Visio etc.);
  • Stakeholders and/or SMEs involved in the production of the deliverables;
  • Engagement strategies used with the Stakeholders and/or SMEs;
  • Demonstrated competency in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and requirements prioritization. Response should identify items such as:5years
  • Level of stakeholders engaged: Business Owners, SMEs, IT, VPs, etc.;
  • Approach to stakeholder engagements;
  • Types of deliverables produced from the engagements.
2.Demonstrated experience in identity life cycle management. Describe experience supporting the provision and management of user identities and access across a complex enterprise. Response should include description of processes related to the following: 5years
  • Identity & Access governance
  • Authentication & Authorization
  • Enterprise Role Management
  • Auditing & Analytics
3.Demonstrated experience in producing visual business process models and architecture diagrams that clearly show the connections and inter-dependencies between various business capabilities while depicting relationships between the business outcomes and various system components. Details should include experiences with artifacts such as but not limited to:5years
  • business processes and workflows,
  • service level agreements, policies,
  • procedures,
  • communication plans, and responsibility alignment matrices (RACI).
4.Strong data analysis skills and experience. Provide details demonstrating the ability to identify appropriate data sources, understanding of data collection, clean-up and transformation processes, ability to analyse data to identify patterns and trends, and present and visualize data in readable formats.-5years

5.Knowledge and experience of Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, identity and access management or identity administration and governance solutions, is considered to be a strong asset.

6.Demonstrated experience with jurisdictional reviews. Provide details on the engagement approach, relationship management and value of the exercise experiences.
