Job Details:

Location

: Headquarters in Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario, with travel to mine sites across Northern Ontario (not fly-in/fly-out)

Terms of Employment:

Permanent, full-time; shift of 7-on/7-off or 14-on/14-off at camp mining sites

Work Environment:

Camp-based mining shifts with accommodations provided.

Language of Work:

English

Wage:

$35-$45/hour + performance-based bonuses and benefits

What You'll Be Doing:

Operate industrial vacuum and hydrovac trucks to remove waste, debris, and hazardous materials. Work in industrial and mining environments where safety and precision are critical. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment in optimal working condition. Collaborate with industrial cleaning teams to ensure safe and efficient operations. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations.

What You Need to Succeed:

License:

DZ License preferred.

Education:

No formal education required, but safety training like TDG, WHMIS, and other safety certifications are an advantage.

Experience:

Prior experience with vacuum trucks, hydrovacs, or industrial waste handling is preferred (training provided for the right candidate).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
