McRae's Environmental Services is the largest vacuum truck company in Western Canada with 70 years in business. We are looking to expand our team with a career-minded hydrovac operator to provide a safety focused service to our broad customer base in the Central Island region. Some of the services we provide include: hydro excavating; mainline sewer cleaning; liquid hauling; hazardous waste hauling; street sweeping; and emergency spill response.

We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong work ethic, integrity and discipline. Applicants must be able to perform physically challenging tasks in all weather. Customer service, organizational and administrative ability is an asset. McRae's is keen to hire from within and advance employees professionally. This is a permanent full-time position.

What you need to be successful:

Valid BC Class 1 or 3 license

Available 8-12 hours a day with call outs

Experience with Hydro Excavation, Sewer Line Flushing, and Working independently

Strong command of the English language

Reliable team player with a positive attitude

Overtime after 8 hours, Double time after 11 hours and on weekends

Pay: $37.42-$39.99 per hour
