RPB is a full scope Telecommunications management and installation company, as HydroVac operator you will be working directly with our inhouse installation team.
RPB Hydrovac Operators are responsible and accountable for the safe and professional operation of their assigned unit. This includes but is not limited to ensuring pre/post-trip inspections are completed and submitted prior to each and every use, that defects are repaired and maintenance reports submitted in a timely manner.
Review of locate slips, construction drawings and coordination with supervision and management on daylighting activities required.
Identification, measurement, and documented communication of daylighting results to supervision, management, and drafting as required.
Ensure work areas - inside and outside of assigned unit - are maintained in a neat, tidy and orderly manner. This includes but is not limited to ensuring all tools are cleaned and put away after use, that open excavations are covered and secure prior to moving on to the next operation or another location.
Have Physical stamina for long shifts involving standing, bending, lifting heavy tools or materials.
Construction site experience with familiarity in utility installation or maintenance projects is highly desirable.
Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques and tanker operations adds value
Must Have a Clean Class 1 or 3 Driver license.

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
