MHIRJ is looking to hire a Hydro Mechanical Specialist for our In Service Engineering Team :

In your role, you will;

• Be championing & resolving long term technical in-service issues for the CRJ Family of aircraft.
• Work on investigations of in-service issues.
• Coordinate technical investigations with engineering, supplier\'s and aircraft operators.
• Prepare and issue Memos, Service letters, prepare and track Program Change Requests and Corrective Action Requests.
• Coordinate in service implementation of applicable modifications & field trials.
• Answer technical issues from the Field Service Representatives and the airline operators.
• You will develop in-service modification/repair engineering orders.
• Be involved in operators\' conferences, operator technical reviews and activity status reports.
• Travel occasionally to join our Mobile Repair Team in supporting operators in troubleshooting and/or aircraft modifications or repairs

• You hold a college or university degree in aeronautical. - A specialization in the hydro/mechanical field applications is desirable.
• You have experience in maintenance or technical support of hydraulic and/or mechanical systems - Technical experience on the CRJ or Challenger family of aircraft is an asset. - Airline related experience and an AME license would also be an asset.
• You are familiar with Windows and general office software. - You must have strong presentation and English (written and spoken) communication skills. - You must have strong investigative skills. - You are self-starter, enthusiastic, well organized, customer oriented, willing to travel and be on-call

• You will report to In Service Engineering Supervisor, which offices are in Boisbriand, Quebec/Canada and we have a work at home policy
• We also have offices in Toronto and US; hence we are open to a candidate who would be capable of working remotely but within close distance to one those offices to meant on a quarterly basis.
