Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hydraulics Production and Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in warehouse management, as well as hydraulics or similar manufacturing experience, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to team management, process improvement, and effective communication within the supply chain.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including order picking, packaging, and shipping. Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to enhance performance. Work directly with the team to produce orders and ensure orders meet our customer's requirements, including but not limited to manufacturing hose assemblies. Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock movements. Collaborate with purchasing and e-commerce teams to fulfill customer orders accurately and timely. Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in warehouse operations. Maintain effective communication with internal departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Oversee heavy lifting operations while ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems such as Netsuite, SAP or AS400. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills in English; (bilingual proficiency in another language is an asset) Familiarity with supply chain processes, 3PL operations, and customer service principles. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role. Strong analytical skills for data analysis and process improvement initiatives. Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
