For over 25 years, GT Hair Boutique has been Southern Ontario's trusted hair loss solution center. We're a family-run business specializing in custom wigs, hair toppers, men's hair systems, and scalp treatments for clients experiencing hair loss from cancer treatment, alopecia, and thinning hair.
The Role
We're looking for a compassionate
Customer Service Representative
to be the first point of contact for clients who are often anxious about their hair loss journey. This hybrid role involves managing appointment scheduling, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring every interaction makes clients feel comfortable and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule consultations across London and Kitchener locations using our booking system
Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with warmth and professionalism
Provide clear information about services, pricing, and the consultation process
Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes
Coordinate virtual consultations for remote clients
Who You Are (Required)
Excellent communication skills with a warm, patient phone manner
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable with booking software and technology
Reliable home office setup for remote work days
Deep empathy for clients dealing with sensitive health situations
Self-directed and able to work independently
Preferred
Customer service experience in healthcare, beauty, or personal care
Experience with appointment-based businesses
Background supporting clients in sensitive situations

Hybrid (remote with occasional in-person meetings in Kitchener)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
