Job Overview

We are seeking an

HVAC/R Technician (G2/G1 Gas Ticket or 313A/313D Refrigeration Ticketed

Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with heating, boiler and A/C repair. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring technical expertise and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with safety standards and schematics Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling equipment to ensure optimal operation Conduct inspections of systems to identify issues related to mechanical components, plumbing, or electrical connections Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors, fans, thermostats, and ductwork Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose complex system problems Assist with boiler maintenance and repairs as needed Perform welding or fabrication tasks for system modifications or repairs when required Maintain detailed service records and report on system performance or issues Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades

Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or mechanic with a strong understanding of HVAC systems Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in heating, A/C & boiler operation, and repair Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings Experience with maintenance procedures for HVAC equipment and related mechanical systems Construction or building maintenance experience is a plus Strong troubleshooting skills combined with mechanical aptitude Valid certification or licensing in HVAC or related fields preferred Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
