Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance. Work with plumbing systems as needed for HVAC installations. Utilize welding skills for repairs or modifications of HVAC components. Service boilers and other heating systems as required. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and configurations. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects involving HVAC installations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Skills

Proficiency in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in troubleshooting various systems. Familiarity with plumbing principles related to HVAC work. Welding skills for metal fabrication or repairs associated with HVAC components. Experience working with boilers and understanding their operation and maintenance requirements. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics accurately. Background in appliance repair is a plus. Previous mechanic experience is beneficial for understanding complex systems. Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installations is advantageous.
