Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. A successful HVAC Technician will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to read and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating units, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs. Collaborate with other technicians on complex projects requiring mechanical knowledge and experience. Perform plumbing tasks as needed to support HVAC installations or repairs. Utilize welding skills for fabrication or repair of system components when necessary. Work with boilers and other heating systems to ensure efficient operation. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used on each job. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all work activities.

Experience

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance or repair work. Familiarity with plumbing systems, boiler operations, welding techniques, appliance repair, and construction practices is advantageous. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems is essential. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients. Pay: $22.47-$48.87 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
