We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including central air units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues.
Conduct plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations or repairs as needed.
Utilize welding skills for system repairs or modifications when required.
Service boiler systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Assist with the installation or repair of appliances related to HVAC systems.
Maintain detailed records of service activities and parts used.
Adhere to safety protocols during all maintenance and repair procedures.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC system installation and repair.
Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams.
Experience with plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair is highly desirable.
Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation projects.
Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently.
Mechanic experience with a focus on maintenance and system diagnostics.
Excellent problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
