Job Overview
We are seeking multiple skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently in various environments, ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operate efficiently and effectively. We require 2 technicians on our residential side and 1 apprentice on our commercial division.

Residential HVAC Technician

both installations and service work
. You'll primarily work on residential systems, with opportunities to
train and advance into our commercial division
as we continue to grow.

Duties
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct field service visits to customer locations for repairs and installations.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects involving HVAC design and installation.
Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during each job.
Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients during service calls.
Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments.
Qualifications
2+ years of residential HVAC experience or 1+ years of commercial HVAC
G2 Gas Fitter license
required (313D or 313A is a strong asset).
Valid
Ontario driver's license
with a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems
Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC design.
Experience in property maintenance is desirable.
Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
Welding skills are advantageous for certain repair tasks.
