What You'll Do

You'll be in the field working on residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including:

Heat pump installations and service Gas furnace installation, service, and diagnostics Fireplace installation, service, diagnostics, and repair Troubleshoot no-heat/no-cool calls and system performance issues Preventative maintenance and customer education Comfortably service and diagnose high and low voltage wiring Communicating clearly with homeowners and builders Writing clean service notes and recommending repairs/upgrades when appropriate

What We're Looking For

We're specifically looking for someone who can operate independently. You don't need to know everything, but you must be able to:

? Diagnose issues with or without phone support
? Complete installs/service calls cleanly and safely
? Take initiative and solve problems
? Work efficiently

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in

residential HVAC

(light commercial is a major asset) Confident working with: Heat pumps (ductless + ducted) Gas furnaces Fireplaces Venting and combustion basics Low voltage controls and wiring High voltage wiring required for HVAC equipment Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills
