Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in service technician roles. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain commercial HVAC systems including Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC equipment Conduct routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency. Respond to service calls for repairs and maintenance commercial properties. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC design. Previous experience as a service technician is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
