We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Our HVAC Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by providing high-quality service and support.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot issues related to heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand system layouts. Conduct repairs on various appliances related to HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers. Weld components as necessary for repairs or installations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work performed. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs, recommendations, and system performance.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose problems effectively. Experience in appliance repair related to HVAC systems is highly desirable. Proficiency in plumbing tasks associated with HVAC installations and repairs. Familiarity with welding techniques for metal components within HVAC systems. Ability to read and understand schematics for complex heating and cooling systems. Experience in building or modifying HVAC systems based on client specifications or needs. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed.

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
