Job Description
Gravity Plumbing and Heating is seeking a reliable and highly skilled HVAC technician to join our team and provide outstanding customer service. The perfect candidate will have 2-3 years (minimum) experience in installing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining various types of heating and air conditioning systems. Will be committed to following all standard operating procedures within a highly regulated environment.
Technical Knowledge: must have a thorough understanding of the principles of various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Problem-Solving Skills: must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems.
Communication Skills: must be able to explain complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable way.
Attention to Detail: must be able to accurately identify and diagnose problems with various HVAC systems.
Physical Strength and Stamina: be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
Customer Service Skills: must be able to provide excellent customer service in order to build relationships with customers.
Work Independently: must be able to manage their own company vehicle, keeping it clean and well stocked
Punctuality: must be reliable, arriving on time and ready to work

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues effectively. Collaborate with team members to complete projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs, and communicate findings to clients. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
