Reporting to the Construction Manager, as an HVAC Technician you will be responsible for installations at the plant and onsite, organizing needs for the department, completing tasks on time, and improving efficiency and process.

Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations. This role requires mechanical knowledge and experience in various related fields such as plumbing and appliance repair. The HVAC Technician will ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities



Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential setting Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems Work with schematics to understand system layouts and configurations Collaborate with other trades such as plumbing and electrical when necessary Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems before they escalate Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used Ability to pull permits for all projects Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site

Requirements



Red Seal Journeyperson Certification - Required Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on HVAC systems Familiarity with plumbing, boiler systems, and appliance repair is a plus Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Valid driver's license and 3 years Drivers Abstract is required for travel between job sites
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
