Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems. This role requires an understanding of HVAC systems. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. This position is service based.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including boilers, air conditioners, and heating units. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Diagnose issues with HVAC systems using mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Perform appliance repairs related to heating and cooling systems. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Experience

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in building, maintaining, or repairing HVAC systems. Familiarity with local codes and regulations related to HVAC installations. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Certification in HVAC technology (3-4 year/licensed).

Requirements:

3-4 years of HVAC technician experience (apprentice or journeyman) Ability to manage calls independently, from start to finish Valid G?license and clean driving record Own HVAC tools Good communication skills and customer?focused approach Willingness to travel within GTA and Durham Region

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
