Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, along with the ability to perform maintenance and repairs on various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in the field, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation of equipment Work with plumbing systems as needed for HVAC installations Conduct welding tasks for system repairs or modifications Service boilers and other heating systems to ensure safety and efficiency Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs

Skills

Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic 313D (or 313A) Sheet Metal Licence 308A G2 Gas Licence Proficient in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair techniques Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanics or appliance repair Familiarity with plumbing systems and basic construction practices Ability to perform welding tasks as required for system modifications or repairs Experience working with boilers and understanding their operational requirements Capability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
