Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation. Troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Weld and build components as needed for system installations or repairs. Plumb connections for heating and cooling systems to ensure proper functionality. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and configurations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. Willingness to learn commercial refrigeration

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience as an HVAC Technician. Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Gas Technician 2, ODP) are required. Ontario G class drivers license with a clean drivers abstract. High School Diploma. Working at Heights. Willingness to work overtime and on-call weekends as needed. Familiarity with commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience. Familiarity with HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while demonstrating a strong work ethic. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
