Refrigerative Supply Limited is a family business owned by Alison Hamilton and Linda Gibbs. The business was founded by Peter Gibbs' and Alison Hamilton's parents, Jack and Elizabeth Gibbs. In 1949 they acquired the four-year-old Vancouver branch of an American-based company. From this modest beginning, the Company now has a Head Office in Burnaby, Nineteen Branches and Four Distribution Centers. We are committed to remaining a family business and are proud to have the third generation working in the business. The Opportunity:
Scope of the position
Refrigerative Supply's Technical Support and Training position are responsible for establishing and promoting relationships with customers and RSL employees aimed at our growth and profitability. In order to assure future business and profitability, the foundation of that relationship will be based on integrity, trust, and credibility. The primary function of the position is to provide technical support and training to our customers and employees. The position requires an excellent understanding of all HVAC equipment sold by RSL, along with strong technical training, communication, and presentation skills. The direct responsibility for supervisor comes from the Branch Manager and Technical Support and Training Manager. This role requires a balance between sales and branch responsibilities coordinated by the Branch Manager.
