HVAC Subcontractor

Scope of Work:

We are looking for qualified HVAC subcontractors to handle all aspects of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair for residential and light commercial projects. Responsibilities include:

Installing new HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and ventilation). Performing system upgrades, retrofits, and replacements. Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance as required. Coordinating effectively with other trades to maintain project timelines and safety standards. Ensuring all work complies with Ontario building codes, TSSA requirements, and JG Contracting's quality expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Licensed and insured HVAC contractor in Ontario (TSSA certification required). 3 years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC work. Must operate as a legitimate business or subcontractor with a registered HST number. A company website or professional online presence is preferred to showcase past work and credibility. Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and mechanical plans. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Reliable transportation and access to necessary tools and equipment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to clean, professional workmanship. Must be fluent in English for site coordination and client communication.

Compensation:

Competitive project-based rates depending on project size, scope, and complexity. Prompt payment upon completion of milestones or project delivery (as per contract terms).
