to join our remote team!What You'll Be Doing:
Making
outbound calls to warm applicants
interested in home energy rebate programs in Nova ScotiaPre-qualifying customers
for government and utility-sponsored programs Educating homeowners onenergy-efficient HVAC solutions
(heat pumps, furnaces, etc.) Guiding customers through thenext steps
toward upgrading their home comfort systemsNo cold calling
- all leads provided!What You Bring:
A great phone presence and strong communication skills Self-motivation and the ability to work independently Basic understanding of home services or HVAC (training provided) A quiet work-from-home setup and reliable internet Sales or customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,435.00-$100,713.00 per year
Additional pay:
Bonus pay Commission pay
Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: Remote
