We are seeking a dedicated Shop Worker to oversee our shop operations at Alberta Mountain Air. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining inventory levels and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Oversee inventory and maintain accurate records.
Possess excellent communication at all times.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to meet customer demands.
Requirements
Experience in a similar role within the HVAC industry.
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.
