HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a

licensed and experienced HVAC Service Technician

to lead installations, service, and troubleshooting of complex HVAC systems across commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential settings. This is a hands-on role that requires advanced knowledge of control systems and the ability to work independently while mentoring others.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot stand-alone control systems and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems Perform system checks and preventative maintenance Provide mentorship and training to apprentices Communicate with clients and team members to ensure top-tier service Maintain detailed service records and follow safety protocols

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC installation and service Valid 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic Certificate (Ontario compulsory trade license) G3 gas license minimum requirement Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, control systems, and VRF systems Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to high work standards Strong communication skills and willingness to mentor junior technicians Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving record
