Responsibilities:

Accurately perform diagnostics on residential and commercial HVAC equipment to determine cause of equipment failure Recommend and perform repairs and service with efficiency and precision Promote our in-house Home Protection Plan Create/Maintain positive business relationships with our customers Attend all company meetings and adhere to all company policies and procedures Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, fully stocked van

Requirements:

Experienced in diagnosis, troubleshooting and servicing commercial HVAC equipment including roof top units & make up air units Experienced in diagnosis, troubleshooting and servicing residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, unit heaters and hot water heaters Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willing to be "on call" for after-hours evening and weekend service appointments (Winter Only) Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
