What You'll Do

Assist HVAC Technicians with installation, maintenance, and repairs Load, unload, and organize materials and tools for daily jobs Clean and prepare job sites before and after service Learn to diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issues Follow safety procedures and company quality standards Support the team with general labour and shop duties Always maintain a clean and professional appearance Attend training sessions as required

What You Bring

Mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in the HVAC trade Willingness to learn, work hard, and take direction Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transportation Ability to work safely and effectively in various environments Positive attitude, punctuality, and professionalism
Previous HVAC or construction experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

$25.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience and training level) Overtime and bonus opportunities Full benefits, paid vacation, RRSP match, tool allowance, and training support

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52.00-$75.00 per hour
