Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Outside Sales Representative' team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated, outgoing individual with sales experience who is eager to grow, learn, and contribute meaningful value to Harry's Home Comfort.
PLEASE NOTE
: This is a commission based position. $700 per unit sold.Responsibilities
- Attend 3 to 6 in-home appointments in Halifax / surrounding area
- Conduct energy assessments using our Harry's Home Comfort assessment checklist
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Help qualify homeowners for rebates, incentives or government programs available.
- Utilize our CRM tool HubSpot to manage and update files, track leads, and sales activities.
Experience
- Experience in sales or a related field
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Schedule:
Monday - Saturday (Preferred)Must own a vehicle and have a valid drivers license.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $88,100.00-$144,044.76 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: On the road
