Residential HVAC Sales Expert

Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our team in residential HVAC sales. You'll be responsible for prospecting homeowners, providing expert knowledge on our HVAC solutions, and leveraging rebates like Clean BC, Fortis BC, and others to drive sales. If you're a persuasive sales professional with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service and hitting targets, we want to hear from you! We offer a competitive hourly base salary ($20-$25/hour based on experience) plus attractive incentives with earning potential up to $70,000 and more annually.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in HVAC or related industry
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners)
- Familiarity with provincial rebates (Clean BC, Fortis BC, etc.) and government incentives
- Proven sales track record with ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills:
- Persuasive selling techniques and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management and service orientation
- Basic computer skills (CRM software experience a plus)
- Time management and organizational abilities

Job Duties:
- Prospect and generate leads among homeowners through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and online platforms
- Conduct home assessments to identify HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions
- Explain and maximize available rebates (Clean BC, Fortis BC, etc.) for customers
- Deliver persuasive presentations and close sales effectively
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on product knowledge, rebates, and industry trends
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team objectives
- Handle sales documentation, contracts, and follow-up services
