THE OPPORTUNITY


We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented

HVAC Sales Consultant

to represent AireEnergy in the field. You will be the primary contact for residential and commercial clients: conducting onsite consultations, assessing energy needs, and recommending customized HVAC and solar solutions. This is a high-impact role with significant earning potential and clear advancement opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Your Responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships and handling sales enquiries. Conduct presentations and on-site consultations, assisting with product and material selection. Prepare proposal and quotation based on client's planning and requirements. Correspond with clients by phone, email, online or other channels. Tracking and identifying new growth opportunities. Coordinate and work with Management in establishing sales goals and metrics Work with a diverse Team and Managers Attend weekly Team meetings to promote collaboration and communication. Communicate and cooperate with Team Lead, Management, supervisors, coworkers and clients, in-person, online or over the phone. Participate in training programs and workshops to stay up-to-date on industry advancements, new equipment, and best practices. Other responsibilities and duties as required and as assigned by Team Lead or Management.

QUALIFICATION



Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to tracking and identify new growth opportunities. Strong negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities and leadership qualities. Ability to understand the business with excellent written and communication skills Familiarity with CRM platforms and related software. Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information Well-developed communication skills, in-person and through a variety of media Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

WORK SCHEDULE



Weekdays Week Nights and Weekends as required

JOB TYPE:

Full-time, variable

PAY:

Salary, Commensurate with experience

WORK LOCATION



Various locations across Metro cities in BC. Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence required. Frequent travel to client sites and company offices.

EXPERIENCE



Customer-Oriented and Confident, Out-Going, Energetic and Positive. Previous Experience in Home Improvement, Reno and/or Construction preferred. HVAC Experience is a definite plus.

LANGUAGE



Good command of written and spoken English (required) Second Language an asset
