As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company: meeting homeowners, understanding their comfort needs, and offering tailored, energy-efficient HVAC solutions. WHAT YOU WILL DO



Meet with homeowners to assess needs and recommend HVAC solutions. Present proposals, prepare quotes, and guide customers through financing options. Follow up on leads, referrals, and campaigns to generate new business. Collaborate with management to set goals and achieve territory targets. Keep CRM records accurate and up to date. Stay informed about the latest HVAC equipment, promotions, and technology. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special events.

QUALIFICATIONS



Previous sales or customer service experience required (HVAC experience is an asset). Strong communication and negotiation skills (French & English required). Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle. Familiar with CRM or sales tracking tools (training provided). Professional, reliable, and results-driven.

WORK SCHEDULE



Full-time, flexible hours (weekday, evening, and weekend availability).

WORK LOCATION



Field-based -- various locations across Greater Montreal and surrounding areas. Must have a reliable vehicle and ability to commute to client sites.

COMPENSATION



Base salary plus bonuses, commensurate with experience.

VOS RESPONSABILITES



Rencontrer les proprietaires afin d'evaluer leurs besoins et recommander des solutions CVC adaptees. Presenter des propositions, preparer des soumissions et accompagner les clients dans les options de financement. Effectuer le suivi des pistes, references et campagnes pour generer de nouvelles ventes. Collaborer avec la direction pour etablir les objectifs et atteindre les cibles de territoire. Maintenir les dossiers a jour dans le CRM. Rester informe(e) sur les nouveaux equipements, promotions et technologies HVAC. Participer aux reunions d'equipe, formations et evenements speciaux.

QUALIFICATIONS



Experience prealable en vente ou en service a la clientele (experience en CVC un atout). Excellentes habiletes de communication et de negociation (francais et anglais exiges). Permis de conduire valide et vehicule fiable. Connaissance des plateformes CRM ou des outils de suivi des ventes (formation offerte). Professionnalisme, fiabilite et orientation vers les resultats.

HORAIRE DE TRAVAIL



Temps plein, horaire flexible (jours de semaine, soirs et fins de semaine au besoin).

LIEU DE TRAVAIL



Sur la route - divers emplacements dans la grande region de Montreal et les environs. Doit posseder un vehicule fiable et etre en mesure de se deplacer chez les clients.

REMUNERATION



Salaire de base plus bonis, selon l'experience.
