By providing the majority of mechanical requirements in-house, including engineering, 3D-design, sheet metal, HVAC, refrigeration, and controls, and Service Department, we are a "ONE-STOP" shop for any project.

Purpose of Position:

Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment

Reporting Structure:

HVAC technician, reports directly to their Retro Fit Service Manager or Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:

Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine running of Linesets Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems Low Voltage Control wiring Final Hook-up and Commissioning of Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps if JM or assist as an apprentice Conduct routine inspections to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC equipment Servicing of Existing Refrigeration and HVAC Equipment Confer with Service Team, Contractors and Suppliers to resolve any issues Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all work activities

Experience, Education & Qualifications:

Journeyman Red Seal or Apprentice in Refrigeration and HVAC

Skills & Proficiencies:

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques Excellent problem-solving and decision making Ability to decipher electrical diagrams Ability to work independently or as part of a team Exceptional communication and interpersonal communication Ability to meet sensitive timelines Ability to adapt to the changes in day-to-day workloads
