We're looking for refrigeration apprentices and journeypeople who take their craft seriously and want to be part of a team that values quality, reliability, and growth. Whether you're an up-and-coming apprentice or a seasoned journeyman who's been elbow-deep in walk-ins, we're looking for someone to join our team.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and HVAC units. Diagnose issues with refrigeration equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Perform routine maintenance checks on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance. Weld components as necessary to repair or fabricate parts for refrigeration units. Assist in the installation of new appliances and ensure they are functioning correctly. Plumb water lines and drainage systems for refrigeration units as needed. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to resolve complex mechanical issues. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems. Experience with welding techniques applicable to refrigeration repair. Familiarity with appliance repair, including installation and maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license may be required for service calls.
