Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning is looking to hire a salesperson to join our team. This opportunity is perfect for applicants who have sales and HVAC experience. We are seeking a motivated individual who is driven to close on supplied qualified leads, while providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. Requirements for applicants include:

Self-motivated, results-driven with attention to detail. Seek, identify, follow up and close sales on leads and opportunities that have been provided Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up Meeting and exceeding sales goals Able to work independently with minimum supervision Be available to perform in home consultations when clients are available, including evenings and weekends Submit required paperwork with accuracy and clarity Ability to inspect and assess homes, consulting homeowners with solutions Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills Attend company sales, and technical training meetings as required Ability to represent CHAC Inc. in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff and the general public

Skills and Position Requirements:

1+ years in HVAC sales Strong work ethic, strong attention to detail and organized Able to provide technical solutions to needs of customers Verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain and provide financial loan information to customers (training available) Self-motivated Organized, punctual, friendly, and professional

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
