You will be a key part of the internal HVAC fulfillment team overseeing and coordinating the supply chain operations. Working as a team member that handles inventory, workload planning and a little like an air traffic controller at certain times. Reporting to the Manager, your role is responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity of all inventoried materials that are stored or deployed to all field related operations in the delivery of our Home Services. The goal of this role is to be as intelligent and timely as possible in dealing with the realities of fluctuating demand of our home services platform. Does this sound like you? Work as a valued member of the a team that provides logistical support to our field HVAC Techs and Installation Crews \xc2\xb7 Manage and coordinate daily shipments with carriers and customers \xc2\xb7 Liaise with customers and carriers to facilitate their pickup and delivery appointment \xc2\xb7 Assist service HVAC technicians with the coordination, scheduling and documentation of inventory management \xc2\xb7 Work with vendors for fulfillment and supply support \xc2\xb7 Source HVAC parts, receive, verify, reconcile assets into our electronic systems to maintain integrity of a fast paced high turn inventory environment \xc2\xb7 Review and resolve certain discrepancies regarding price, terms, and quantity are addressed in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Organizing physical workflows in our commercial facility in Woodbridge \xc2\xb7 Staging or assignment of equipment/parts for in-field team members \xc2\xb7 Assist with unloading of goods and routing to appropriate personnel/areas \xc2\xb7 Cross-training in logistics, asset-coding, enterprise software inputting or other roles as required \xc2\xb7 Understands that we really care about our people and our customers and that there will be limited times when we need you to \xe2\x80\x9clean in\xe2\x80\x9d \xc2\xb7 Future room for growth within the organization for the right candidate Education: \xc2\xb7 College/Post Secondary \xe2\x80\x93 preferred \xc2\xb7 High School as a minimum with industry experience Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 High energy, smiles and arrives to work with purpose \xc2\xb7 Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, creative and people-oriented person \xc2\xb7 Self-starter with the ability to prioritize many different tasks on several fronts to meet objectives \xc2\xb7 Strong decision making, organizational, problem solving and prioritizing skills \xc2\xb7 Effective oral and written communication skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to gather and analyze information independently or working as part of a team \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated integrity, customer focus, and the ability to embrace change. \xc2\xb7 Computer skills with Microsoft Office software package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) with the aptitude to learn and utilize company systems, possible BV and Basis.
