We are hiring an HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, facilities managers, and other key decision-makers. On-Target Earnings: $110,000 - $150,000 + Top performers exceed $150,000WORK HOURS: Full-Time, Monday through FridayLOCATION: Regina, SKWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Identify, approach, and secure new clients for maintenance contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, facilities managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with prospects to understand their unique needs and provide the program and solutions that best align with their business goals
• Networking and developing relationships in the community
• Offer plans that align with the client's specific HVAC or mechanical system needs.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while maintaining profitability.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.

• Proven sales ability from any industry (B2B sales, service contract sales, or facilities management experience a plus)
