HVAC Journeyman
or a
3rd-Year Apprentice
to join our team and help install, maintain, and customize HVAC systems in our high-end, bespoke homes.
Position Summary:
As an HVAC Journeyman or 3rd-Year Apprentice, you will play a critical role in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems in the custom homes we build. Working alongside other tradespeople, you will ensure that every HVAC system is designed and installed to meet the unique specifications of each home, delivering comfort and efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in
custom-built homes
.
Work with our design and construction teams to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
Ensure that all HVAC systems are installed according to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Interpret and follow blueprints and specifications for HVAC installations, ensuring each system is tailored to the unique layout and design of the home.
Collaborate with other trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.) to ensure timely and seamless project completion.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and HVAC regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate directly with clients when necessary.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues as they arise during construction.
Qualifications:
Journeyman
: Valid HVAC Journeyman license (or equivalent) and experience in HVAC system installation for custom or high-end homes.
3rd-Year Apprentice
: Currently enrolled in an HVAC apprenticeship program with 3 years of training completed.
Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, with experience in custom or luxury homes preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with other trades and work effectively in a fast-paced, custom home environment.
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
