We are currently expanding our construction HVAC team with Experienced technicians along with Apprentices willing to learn the trade. Responsibilities

HVAC installation for light commercial and industrial properties as well as high end residential customers

Sheet metal and ductwork installation

Equipment installation such as RTU's, MAU's, air handlers, unit heaters, boilers and hydronic systems, VRF and energy efficient systems.

Time management and organization required to keep the job on schedule

Collaborate with construction workers, electricians and plumbers, during installation of HVAC system

Must be a team player who is responsible and dependable with a positive attitude towards their work duties

Adhere to all safety rules and procedures

Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and equipment specifications to determine HVAC system layout

Maintain all company provided equipment

Perform duties as required by management team

Measure and lay out reference points for installation;

Assemble and install all air conditioning and heating equipment;

Measure, cut and connect piping using welding and brazing and threading equipment;

Startup system and test for leaks using testing devices;

Install and overhaul entire heating, ventilation, air handling, refrigeration and air conditioning systems;

Cut, measure and install all types of sheet metal materials and components;

Check scope of work with the construction manager and site supervisor before the job starts;

Manage workers on site and give tasks to fulfill the scheduled tasks;

Communicate with construction manager and Operation manager to ensure that the schedule is being met or informing the proper people of what changes to the schedule need to be made;

Complete order sheets, install duct work and equipment as needed on each site to code and best practices in the industry;

Troubleshoot sites for issues that arise or that may come up during the job;

Be responsible for the completion of all projects and ensure all required documents are filled out for the job;

Required Experience and Licenses

5+ years experience with HVAC installations in the residential and/or commercial industry (Preferred)

2-3 years experience with sheet metal installation (Preferred)

Hydronic system installation (Preferred)

G2 Gas Technician License (Required)

G3 Gas Technician License (Required)

Sheet Metal Worker (308A) (Preferred)

Refrigeration (313A) or (313D) (Preferred)

Drivers License with clean driving record
