Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team.

- Must be able to fully install HVAC equipment on your own/with a helper

- Must have a minimum of 5 years residential install experience

- This company is growing and there is room to grow with it

- We pay a flat rate of 8 hours per install, even if you're done in 3!

- Extra pay for jobs you bring in

- Company van will be provided

Duties

Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes. Conduct routine maintenance checks on existing HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment as needed. Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient installation processes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Weld components as necessary for system installations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all installations and repairs.

Experience

Proven experience in HVAC installation or related mechanical fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb, boil, weld, and maintain various HVAC systems. Familiarity with HVAC schematics and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Previous experience in appliance repair is a plus but not required. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $23.00-$45.00 per hour
