Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read schematics to ensure efficient system operation.

Responsibilities

Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems according to specifications and industry standards. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC units, including boilers and other related appliances. Weld and plumb components as necessary during installation or repair processes. Build and assemble HVAC units based on schematics and technical drawings. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any repairs or maintenance completed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Proficient in HVAC installation techniques with hands-on experience in the field. Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, including familiarity with various tools and equipment used in the industry. Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective installation and troubleshooting. Experience in appliance repair is a plus, enhancing your ability to address various system issues. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for high-quality workmanship. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
