Duties

Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation. Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, diagnosing problems accurately and efficiently. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents to understand system requirements. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including plumbers and electricians, to complete installations effectively. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Skills

Proficient in HVAC installation techniques and practices. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair appliances related to HVAC systems. Experience in plumbing, welding, or building as it pertains to HVAC installations is a plus. Ability to read and understand schematics for effective system installation and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
