We are currently hiring an HVAC Field Manager to lead our technicians in the field and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to company standard. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, quality, and accountability. This is not a desk-based position. The Field Manager is directly responsible for what happens in the field and is expected to lead from the front.

If you prefer managing from a distance or avoiding accountability, this role will not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:



Field Leadership



Lead and manage HVAC technicians on a day-to-day basis Set clear expectations for quality, productivity, professionalism, and safety Hold technicians accountable to performance and company standards Support technicians with real-time problem-solving in the field

Execution & Quality Control



Ensure work is completed correctly, safely, and on schedule Inspect job quality and address deficiencies immediately Enforce company procedures, standards, and best practices Reduce callbacks, rework, and repeat issues

Scheduling & Coordination



Coordinate closely with operations and dispatch on daily schedules Adjust field resources as needed to meet operational demands Ensure technicians are prepared, productive, and in the right place at the right time

Training & Development



Coach technicians on technical skills and job execution Identify skill gaps and recommend training or corrective action Set and reinforce the tone for professionalism, discipline, and accountability

Safety & Compliance



Enforce safety procedures and company policies at all times Address safety concerns immediately and decisively Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and internal requirements

Strong HVAC technical background Proven experience leading technicians in the field Comfortable holding people accountable and addressing issues directly Clear, direct, and professional communicator Highly organized and reliable Able to make sound decisions under pressure Safety-focused and detail-oriented

Technician productivity and utilization Quality of work and reduction in callbacks Safety compliance and incident prevention Speed and effectiveness of field issue resolution Consistent execution without escalation

Required Qualifications



Valid 313A Refrigeration Mechanic Licence Valid G1 Gas Technician Licence (TSSA)
