Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in various facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment. Conduct inspections of equipment and systems, identifying any issues that require attention. Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist with minor repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, and refrigeration units. Interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively. Assist in the installation and repair of air conditioning units, boilers, and other mechanical systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with service technicians to support field service operations as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction or property maintenance is preferred. Minimum of G3 Gas license will be given preference Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R, plumbing, or refrigeration systems. Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field is a plus. Ability to read and understand schematics related to HVAC design and mechanical systems. Must possess a valid driver's license for transportation between job sites. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of quality. Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 42 per week
