Furnasman HVAC Technicians are masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them, working closely with one of our licensed technicians, you will be responsible for the following:



Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority's codes and municipal building codes and standards. Follow all Energy Star installation and service processes and procedures. Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC options Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer. Promote Knight products and services on every call. Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need. Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.

Education/Experience/Skills

Recent Graduate of a heating, refrigeration and air Conditioning program Valid license, with clean driving record Participate in training on a continuing basis An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and on call.
