Requirements:

Strong interest in pursuing a career in HVAC and refrigeration Enrolled in, or willing to enroll in, an HVAC or refrigeration apprenticeship (asset, not required) Previous construction, mechanical, or trade helper experience is an asset Willingness to learn and take direction from licensed technicians Strong work ethic and reliability Basic verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's licence and clean driver's abstract (preferred) Physically capable of lifting, standing, and working in various job site environments
