Job Description

Pay Range: $17.40 - $22.40Summary:Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, a Retail Outfitter will work within a team to create a world class shopping experience by providing legendary customer service and exceptional product knowledge to every customer.Responsibilities:

• Provide legendary customer service by assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, and making product recommendations based off of this analysis
• Promote various company programs and promotions
• Maintain visual presentation standards including in-store signage, merchandise recovering/front facing, restocking, remerchandising, dusting, and vacuuming sales floor as needed
• Respond to and resolve customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope
• Assist in other areas of the store when business needs dictate
• Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors by maintaining knowledge of trends and emerging technologies that relate to the outdoor lifestyle
• Assist in other areas of the store when business needs dictate

Qualifications:

• One or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a sales or service environment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to evaluate customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and make recommendations based on needs
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations
• Ability to use good judgment and logic
• Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela\xe2\x80\x99s specific products is an asset
