Summary

We are seeking a Human Service Worker to join our team in Moncton. In this role, you will support an individual with intellectual disabilities in an already existing food service job in the Francophone school system.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to create individualized support plans. Monitor and document client progress and well-being. Facilitate skill-building workshops and training sessions. Advocate for clients' needs within the community. Maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies. Promote a respectful and inclusive environment for all clients.

Qualifications

Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities a strong asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop personalized support plans Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of clients. Must have the ability to communicate in French.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.75 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
